ipod trouble AGAIN!!!!?

Question

when i try and download itunes it says that i can't do it and now i can't get any songs on my shuffle HELP!!!!! it's driving me up the wall!!!

two choices....
1: search your pc for anyfiles marked 'quicktime' or 'itunes'
delete them .......then download itunes from download.com..
2: use system restore to go back as far as you can ...then download it again.
if all else fails, ask some one to download it for you, then install it on your pc that way....
