Episode IV: A New Hope
Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
There are 6 total movies and there are also 2 discs of animated shorts called "The Clone Wars" that take place between episodes 2 & 3.
The movies were filmed out of order because Lucas wasn't able to make all 6 like he originally wanted to. So he had to just do the last 3 parts first. So to watch them in order you'd have to watch:
Phantom Menace
Attack of the Clones
Clone Wars 1
Clone Wars 2
Revenge of the Sith
A New Hope
The Empire Strikes Back
Return of the Jedi
And then there's all the novels......
