Alfa147 1.9 JTD and Vegetable oil?

I am thinking of using 50% Diesel and 50% Veg Oli in my JTD. I am told this can be done with normal diesels. Can this be done with my Alfa JTD?

I have never heard this. Surely a mistake. This would wreck the engine.

If perhaps it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
