If there is an electric outlet, use a blow dryer on it. The heat loosens up the glue.

Go to a local grocery store or a walmart/target and get some "Goo Gone" that will get rid of the stickyness. Just pour it on a paper towel and rub the edge and you should be able to peel it off and clean off the rest.
A razor blade in school might not go over too well, but it would definetly help.

If you have power, use a hair dryer to heat it up then caefully peel it off. once most of it is off, use Goof Off to remove the excess glue

I know this sounds a bit silly but, go to the craft store and get something called Undo. I swear this stuff can unstick any sticker.

Take Rubbing alcohol and apply, make sure it is soaked, leave for awhile and reapply,then use something to scrap it off.

id use a hair dryer and a scraper blade. them after you get off all you can. use "GOOF OFF" to get the gummey glue off. it is good stuff and i usally wont hurt the paint. you can get it at any department store. good luck to you.
