how do i get a picture on the front lcd of my Razr v3m from Verizon?

The picture that you see when your phone is closed is just the wallpaper that you see when your phone is open. It is just a smaller version. You can not make the picture different and you will have to have it be the same.

Set your wallpaper and it automatically shows on the front as well.
