1) Answer other people's questions.
2) Read a book. I'm reading Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell.
3) Take a walk around your neigborhood. I do this quite often, in the late evenings to help the mind relax. Even go out further at times to go to a bigger park to see some water.
4) Rent a video that you wouldn't normally watch.

bake a cake, dig the garden. have a bath with scented candles and a manicure and facial afterwards, watch a dvd....paint the spare room. listen to old music.. go for a walk... invite some friends round to a picnic on the bed and eat sandwiches and biscuits crossed legged on the duvet...
