Yeah its fine but only after its fully healed. I have a horrible scar down my neck from when i fell down the stairs when i was little and since its like 3 inches long and very noticable when my hairs up.... which is every second of the day.... i put concealer on it. And then i have two scars that are each like an inch long on my stomach (from surgrey) and i cover it up. So its perfectly fine to cover it becasue its just like regular skin.... and u cover that.... but just looks different!
HOPE THIS HELPS!

Yes you can you can put cover up on a scar but it depends on the scar if its really red or not then you might not be able to see it with cover up on.

Well, if you have a scar, then the wound is healed. So yeah, you can put makeup on it.

It is better not to put makeup on it because, yes, it will infect it. Any besides, wouldn`t you rather HEAL it than COVER it?
