yh im looking for a gd site to get roms i ve been to cool rom which is very cool... but unlike rom hustler which doesnt to work yep gd rom for n 64 emulator and yes...... is it legal?

I don't quite follow what you're asking. The one at CoolROM doesn't work? That is, unfortunately, about the only trustworthy site that has it, that you don't have to join.

You can, however, download it through Limewire. The file size should be about 9.2 MB, or 9,375 KB. Which brings me to the next part of your question: NO. All commercial games are illegal, even if you do own the game. Under Atari Vs. JS&A, it is illegal for video game owners to have backups of your own games. The fact is, however, that NO ONE CARES! No one has kicked my door down for downloading them. It would simply cost too much money to prosecute people for downloading games that the company isn't making money off of anymore. Don't, however, try to download GBA roms, unless you can risk the consequences. Even then, though, the worst you could get is a 3,000 dollar fine. It's just not worth it to chase people down.
