Hmm...well of course Japan would be the obvious question. You could always check Yahoo Japan, and try the Japanese Ebay.

Other than that, if you can sew it would be a pretty easy job, using a costume pattern. Good luck. <3

i would suggest eBay. many people on there will sew them after you send the measurements. you can probably find exactly what your looking for. they offer a variety of colours as well.
