voicemail call waiting is rude if a person puts me on hold longer than to tell the person they will call them back I hang up. On my cell I wont answer an incoming call cause it is rude to cut off the person you are speaking to

I like call waiting.Reason being in case a family member has an emergency and can contact me even if i'm on the phone.
