Is it normal to have diareeha around your period? I know this is gross but please answer.

It doesn't happen to me but that's not to say it isn't normal for you. Hormonal changes can cause changes in bowel movements. If it happens regularly and it doesn't cause too much stress I wouldn't worry about it. If it's causing you problems speak to your doctor.

yes..don't worry...with menstrual its taking its natural course..with your runs...well you just either had something not so hot..or you picked up a bug of sort
