I don't want to know the verbal definition of leadership, just what it means to you

Leadership is the ability to generate positive resolutions to negative situations resulting in win/win outcomes for everyone. Leadership like respect must be earned. It can be summed up in three letters spelling the word A.I.R. , which I refer to as accountability, integrity and reliability.
