It has nothing to do with 'time served'. It apparently is kind of a crap shoot. It has nothing to do with levels, or percentages, or points. Even Yahoo's explanation is a bit obscure !!

really don't know how many, Im in level 6 and I don't have one. so Julio is wrong has nothing to do with the levels., Im beginning to think it has to do with asking questions, but not sure, so don't qoute me on that.
