The world is really messed up. People are horrible to one another, death, murder, torchure, suicide... All of these things are happening every day and we turn our backs and try to forget and not thing about it. I need to do more, any ideas? What are you doing to make changes?

I do my best not to partake in it. I think the problem is that there is a lack of love in the world. People who are loved don't kill innocents. They just don't! So I try to spread love by being sweet and kind to everyone around me. And I encourage everyone to do the same. You can do the same thing as me, or donate clothes, food, and money to the needy. Every month I clean out my house and donate everything to Goodwill. I encourage everyone who is reading this to do the same. Good luck in making changes.

The world has always had an element of warfare in it. Times are ugly right now but I think after Bush is out of the White House, it will be much better. I wish the bomb had never been created and that the racist, colonialist, exploitative, moneygrubbing, militarist policies of many governments around the world had never been forced upon Middle Eastern, South American and African countries. Throw in the Cold War, an ineffective and biased U.N., globalization and the development of nuclear weapons, and it is not surprising we live in the world we live in.

The world has always been this way and will not change. We are more aware of it because of TV, computer and such. I think by being the best person you can be, living and loving, being kind and respectful to others and helping when help is needed will already make a difference. It is the small thing that will change the world.

All things have their 'positive' and 'negative' energies. See this as an opportunity for you to stand up and fight for something. Really meditate on the topic, the best answer for you personally will come. You will come to understand something that you are capable of doing to make a change in this area. it starts with you, i try to treat people with respect and respect proper authorities, i feel a desire to protect this earth from global warming but like you not sure what i can do.i will do more research tho. maybe look into being an environmentalist. you could be some kind of humanitarian , just find your passion. help the children maybe?

i gave a house away to some old folks who had rented from my dad for 20 yrs, so when he passed, i got the house and i gave it to them.
