I think he will try to be fair, but if McMahon tries anything Stone Cold will kick his butt.

The past between them is a lil mixed up. Austin has beaten Vince so many times that Mr. Vincent Kennedy cudn't make Mrs. Linda happy anymore. But Austin has taken a great amount of beatings, maybe not by McMahon directly but with the help of other wrestlers. Then again, they've both worked together in bringing down a lot of guys. So, even though Bobby Lashley can beat Umaga, the end of the match will depend on Austin's mood. He is even capable of stunning them both and counting them to A Draw.

I don't think his stunner will have any effect on either one of them (Lashley or Umaga) so it's hard to tell if he'll have any influence on the match.
