Imperial or U.S. gallons?
In the U.S., a gallon is 120 ounces, and assuming beer weighs the same as water, then a gallon would weigh 7.5 pounds, so you're carrying 37.5 pounds of liquid. The glass carboy probably weighs about 5 pounds.
If you're working in Imperial gallons, it would be 50 pounds of beer plus the weight of the carboy.

It depends on how much of the gallon you drink:). Water is 8lbs/gallon, so I would assume beer would be very close to that.
