How to I change how I pay for my xbox live membership?

I currently pay monthly with my credit card for £4.99. I would like to use a pre paid card insted how do I do this. Thanks.

Here's an easier way without having to ring them up.

Go to the web page below. Enter your email address and password tyou use for xbox live to sign in . Go to uprade subscirption under account management, click redeem code then next, put your code in and its done. You can remove your credit card from billing and contact info after you put your code in.

This is a lot better than having to mess about using your controller to enter the information.

You can aslo send faster message to your friends as well.

I'm not entirely sure, but I'm guessing if you can't do it on the dashboard, you'll have to phone up the xbox customer support line and ask them to change the membership payment method.

I have done this once before, to cancel my last subscription. Being a freephone line, and me being a student without a phone line, I used skype, and it turned out fine. The guy was quite friendly to me too!

I can't remember where I found the number, but I'm sure a quick google search will return a number for you to call.

i went into a high street shop and bought a year xbox live for £40.00

You then put the memebership number from under the scratch panel into the set up.

Alternativley, you can pay £40.00 on credit card for the year.
