That is a marketing trick to get you to buy another package of rolls. But I just wrap my extra hot dogs in plain bread. The heck with it!

that is a thought provoking question.. maybe its so you have to buy two packages of one thing so you have enough. You know, if you have a pack of 10 hotdogs, and 8 rolls, you have to buy more rolls.
