Daylight Savings Time is 3 weeks early, and your computer doesn't know that. Therefore, you need to do it yourself. In the Data and Time Properties, you need to uncheck the box that says Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Savings changes. That way, your computer is not going to change the clock when it thinks is the right time to do it. To open the Data and Time properties, open Control Panel. You can open it by going to the Start Menu, going to Settings, then clicking on Control Panel. So, uncheck the box, click Apply, then click OK. Keep the box unchecked until the 3 weeks are over, when it would of done it automatically. Then you can check the box again to do it automatically if you want.

Yes Windows 98 is the problem. Microsoft does not offer a patch to fix this. You will need to change the clock manually.

Its because the computers don't know that its daylight savings. This is new legislation that has come out since your computer was made which has made daylight savings come earlier. I had to manually set mine (Windows XP) as well, just do that.
There are patches available, although I'm not sure of the availability for Windows 98... I haven't even gotten the one for XP... easier to do it on my own. =P

Today's day-time saving is new and it may not chage the time by it self and you should do it mannually. Go to right lower corner where the clock is located, Double click and change the time
