The BBC have said there will be a summer special, followed by a series in autumn. I suppose it's possible that it could be returning minus Clarkson. I know many people would say it can't work without him, but it could be worth a try - with just Hammond and May, or with a replacement presenter.
If it really isn't coming back, I'm starting the Campaign to get the BBC to show repeats in the Sunday night slot. (thank your chosen deity we at least have a few weeks of Brainiac on Sky Three before it disappears from Freeview)

The BBC is denying it, saying that there will be a new series in the summer and that they are hopeful that all three presenters will be on board. However, they have offered no explanation for Clarkson's comments so maybe he is planning to leave.
Would be a huge shame if the show does not return, it's one of the few decent programmes on tv these days.

NO WAY could there be a Top Gear programme without Clarkson, May & Hammond as the threesome- it just would'nt work. I guess it must be difficult (&costly) to come up with different idea's to do each week and as they say "it's better to go out on a high". I would miss it like mad, it's the only programme I pay my licence fee to watch.

I hope not Top gear have comic relief special this week perhaps it is something to do with Richard Hammond he doess look ill since his return.
American episode classic and so was lats weeks limo test so funny perhaps leaving on a high but doubt it long live Top Gear and I am a women.

Hope not. All sorts of rumours flying around. We'd miss it badly in our house. Waiting this long for the new series after Hammond's prang was bad enough.
