Yes, that's the way we natives say it but that's not the way it's spelled. Yeah, like Brain said, the murders are taking place only in certain parts of the city that not even most of us would go into. The murderers tend to be done by a certain group of people in that same group. Other than that, what's your point?

Philadelphia... Don't listen to all these people complaining about the high murder rates. Yes, there are a lot of murders... But it's because the drugs and gangs in certain sections of the city.
