I don't think that 'Supernanny" has answers. I believe that through experience she gained knowlegde that uses in the form of advice and you gotta go somewhere to get your source for advice.

Super Nanny's answer is the same for everything.
Stickers and/or the naughty chair.
These tactics don't work on all children.
Just once, I'd like to hear her say "Take him to the bathroom and beat him bloody!"
