This may sound weird to other people but please im looking for serious answers...

I know im not dreaming when these things happen.
I feel like someone i cant see visits me in my sleep. Maybe that "invisible" thing doesnt know it takes a long time before I could sleep so whenever i feel its presence, im really conscious and awake!!! and my heart beats faster..of course its creepy., there's this noise as if i'm against some wind but i don't feel cold. I feel i'm floating but really dont open my eyes because til that moment had passed...

research into something called sleep paralysis. i suffer from it and its not dangerous but can be very scary. it happens when you are very tired, and it can feel like your body is asleep but your head is wide awake. i felt sure my dad was in the room talking to me once but he swears he never came in. most people who suffer this problem can never look at the person , but just sense them out of the corner of their eye or something. sometimes it can feel like sombody is sitting on your chest and suffocating you. just try to sit these episodes out. you will probably grow out of it.

That happens to me alot. I know one time I woke up laughing and started a conversation - hey yall..then I realize I was alone but it felt like a had a house full of people. This freak me out but what I remember from it that we were having a good time. LOL!!

So know when I get an eerie feeling when I;m at home, I'll say ok yall freaking me out again and the feeling goes away

Although I live alone, I;m not alone. My house is new but I hear things moving around. My purse falls on the floor when its hanging on a door knob. It doesn't scare me anymore because that particular incident, I knew it was my grandma and I started smiling and I said hey grandma and picked my purse up and hung back on the door knob. :-D

I have spirits watching over me all the time that give me great comfort. Even at work, I feel someone is standing behind me but when I turn around I see no one.

Anyway, it could be sleep paralysis in your case or it could be a spirit. When you can call out to it. Alot they just want you attention.

Trust me it works and you want be as freaked out about anymore.

Nothing to worry over...it is just your guradian spirit watching over you. It's not granny who past or anything other than your own guide spirit. Be at peace and know it is just there for you.

You are in that twilight zone between sleep and awakening when you experience this- usually light sleepers have this kind of sensation.
