I am getting infected withsome virus, and i was told there is a command to enter at the turning on page of my computer, like F7 or something weird. does anyone know how to do it? Please.

I think it's F8 to boot in Safe Mode.
You could try installing antivirus software, too.
If that doesn't work, aside from formatting everything, if you're using a desktop pc then you could take out the hard drive, set is as slave and connect it to another pc with antivirus and scan you hard disk. That way, you can clean the virus without it starting up when you turn on your pc.

I would try running a virus scan to get rid of the virus
Try www.trendmicro.com, under the option free tools there is a free online virus scanner that is really good.

You could just un-install Windows, and clear the disk image. And then you can reinstall Windows using the Backup CD.
This will make your computer seem like it were brand new.
