I have heard that they do not get together from someone who has watched the later episodes. Of course, then I was just volunteering my own ideas I wasn't asking for the right answers! He spoiled me, dang it!!
I had hoped that Sakura would be with Lee, Naruto with Hinata (although since I am a hardcore yaoi fan, my fave would be Naruto and Sasuke but that belongs in Nevergonnahappen Land) and Sasuke with some other girl who is his equal in everything: strength, smarts, beauty.
Apparently, all those pairings also belong in Nevergonnahappen Land, so I'll leave you to figure out the actual pairings.
You are welcome though, to turn to fanfiction, were all your Saku/Sasu needs can be met at your beck and call.

Sorry but they aren't meant for each other. Because in this episode Sakura heard that Sasuke liked a girl that had long hair, so Sakura kept her hair long and after that she was in danger so she had to cut her hair short.
