I took my daughter who just turned 9 and 2 of her friends to power play and on the way one of her friends said that she wants to be a cannibal when she grows up, that she watched a movie on it and that's what she wants to do, eat people. I then aked her if she wanted to eat people who are already dead or kill them and eat them. She said kill them and eat them. Should I be concerned about letting my daughter play with this girl?

I would. Not that she is going to grow up to be a cannibal. BUT....... what is she actually learning from this game? I would be more careful as to what games your daughter plays. I know .... I have 2 daughters and I have to be watching them at all times! Good luck!

yes. you should be. i would be too. it is not normal for a girl to be talking that way. she probably will never do something like that but in todays society one can never be too sure when it comes to the protection of our children. i would try to find her some other friends to play with if i were you. there are a lot good kids out there that talk about normal 9 year old things not things like the girl was talking about. you were right to be concerned. you are not crazy, just a protective mom. hope this helps. good luck.

If it really concerns you then you should not let you daughter play w/ her, but more than likely the girl will grow out of that phase.... I hope :)

I think it is just a phase the other girl is going through. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, then no.

She's a little off if you ask me, I'd keep a close eye on her while she's around and tell her parents maybe? good luck.

U should alert her parent and teacher, in case she really do something silly..maybe in school..we don't want to see anything happen to anybody.
