You might try to see if you have access to netlibrary through your local library. That would probably be the closest to a legitimate 'free' source of the book. I would recommend just going to your library to begin with. There shouldn't be a problem checking it out--no long wait lists. The book isn't that good (awful really) and it's over ten years old.
