If you get the chance look up http://www.loosechange9/11.com it is about the american government and how they actually created the 9/11 incident. It's actually an interesting watch and makes you think as to what extent governments would go to.

With every major, world-changing event, you're going to have conspiracy theories. However, the majority opinion was that 9/11 was caused by islamist terrorists. You're question has some valid doubts, though I don't think that Saudi Arabia or the other Gulf states would want to arrest the growth of those 3 countries; possibly because Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq are all members of OPEC. The last thing Saudi Arabia wants is for Iran or Iraq to lose control of their oil reserves; which is their main source of GDP. Since OPEC controls the majority of world oil production, they effectively set the price.

I agree with your view that countries with nuclear capability should sit down and completely ban the use of nuclear weapons, but thats never going to happen. Although there are treaties such as the CTBT, countries such as the US can maintain their nuclear weapon stockpiles with simulated testing. One major problem is the fact that North Korea, Pakistan and India have not ratified the treaty, all these countries possessing nuclear weapons and have been engaged in some conflict.

P.S To mother: No, you don't have the right to walk into any country and "get" terrorists like you're shopping for eggs. That sort of sentiment only further alienates the US and enforces international opinion that Americans are ignorant, gun-toting rednecks. Furthermore, that sort of action would be construed as infringing on the sovereignty of an independent nation or in one word: Invasion. How would you like it if Nicaraguan tanks rolled into Washington DC because the US funded the Contras?

The tragedy that took so many American lives on 9/11 was committed by the Radical Islamic Hoard of Murders. We have a right to seek and punish those responsible. We warned all countries that if you harbor these murders we will use every means within our power to get them. If the U.N. doesn't like this approach well to bad, we will not now nor ever bow to your tin authority.
