You can telephone Buckingham Palace (the number is in the book). If you tell the switchboard what you are after they will put you through to the appropriate person. The service is free and the Palace is careful to verify the request by sight of a certificate. They will also check name spelling with you and the address. It takes about a week but don't cut it too fine as they get busy.

You write a letter to the MP's office in your country and request it. It can soemtimes take as much as 6 months before the telegram/letter of congratulations arrives.

Write to Buckingham Palace and advise them. They will not know otherwise. Give all details and they may request a copy of the marriage certificate as proof.

Easy just write to them, but don't expect it to really be signed by the Queen, she never does that,
