14 pcs 2-40 W flourescent bulbs with aluminum reflector and louver. the FL are distributed in two columns, so there are 7 in each column. Then between the columns of FL and at the sides, there are compact FL (18 W), so there are 6 of them in 3 columns...is it enough to light the room properly?i don't want to use incasdescent bulbs because they generate too much heat and a dimmer would cost also...the room is 145 sq meters...help?

the length of the room is about 20.77 m and the width is about 8.85 m...

Sounds to me like that would provide plenty of light and the louvers could reduce it as required.
