its either broken or you might have somehow got a virus onto it but im not sure if its possible to get a virus onto it so done worrie to much about that

first find a gem clip then look on the side of the mp3 look for the reset button insert the gem clip for 5 seconds this will release the system but will not remove the music then turn off and charge

what variety of mp3 participant is it? that would possibly help with solutions EDIT: ok now i understand what mp3 participant it particularly is, take the music off it and format the mp3 participant and start up back. additionally, what programme are you using to checklist the music on your computing gadget and in what format? identity ur using Itunes there could be your concern as maximum MP3 gamers wont paly music recorded in itunes w/o a plugin... examine how your media participant is configured and examine what the record form is...

I have one too. And I had the same problem. I just had to change the battery. Check that first and if not then try making sure of any damages. Sorry if this doesn't help. Good luck! =]
