Sorry not too keen, probably cos I live in Greece and here Pippa means something really really rude!!!! Why not have Anna as a first name, or Phillipa Ann?

Everyone taste is different though hun, you go with your instinct, just make sure that if it's a girl and you ever go to Greece on holiday, don't shout Pippa down the street!

Good luck with the new arrival and whatever name you choose will be lovely.

Very nice, I prefer Pippa Lea-Anne.

We have just had a baby boy, named Dylan Oliver-Charles, if we had a girl I think she would have been Giya-Sophia, but it is so difficult because everyone has an opinion!! If you like the name then stick to it... don't let others influence you!!

Good luck and best wishes.

1st of all wot is not a word. What is a word.

2nd pippa-lea anne is a name I don't care for. It will end up being shortened to just pippa at some point in her life.

3rd upon hearing Pippa people could mistake her for a boy.

Personally I would choose a diffrent name.

I love matilda (tilly) anne is a name I LOVE. As is Ella-Rose.

It will end up being said as the second option. What about Pippa Anne?

Original. I like the "Pippa Lea-Anne" version. It looks nicer and makes more sense to me.

Ella Rose is a lot better. Pippa is just too weird. Reminds me of Pippy Longstocking, you know, the one with the red hair in braids that are sticking out of her head, and the freckles. I really think Ella Rose is the most normal. Good luck!

My family has a tradition of using Ann in our names.
Great Gran - Charlotte Ann
Gran - Mary Ann
Mum - Lesley Anne
Me - Annika
My Daughters - Amilia Rae Anya & Maya Ann

So you can slightly change the name Ann like I did (Anya) or just use it as a middle name, it goes with lots of 1st names.

Molly
Louisa
Tilly is lovely
Tia
Kira
Laura
Carrie Ann
etc

or go with something like Anna

Good luck
