If you're looking into building a campaign for him then look into some of the tactics Karl Rove used. Very tricky but effective.
I suggest you do some searches about Pros and Cons of President Bush.
Good luck. And yes, I don't get why people are freaking out over this question.

He (or his advisors) read the American mood well and built a successful campaign around that. He is well regarded in legal circles, which is not a surprise as they secured his first victory. He is a living example to all of us on work/life balance by not permitting his job get in the way of his leisure time. He has harnessed support from other world leaders (some from coutries we have heard of) and has achieved massive growth in the industries which supply the military. True to his administrations approach to lots of things, this is a very selective presentation of partial facts. I would preface any submission you make with a warning that limiting the content to the positive is incomplete and imbalanced.

Its a form of brainwashing if your university want you to specifically write a good report on GWB when in fact a comparison with his fellows like Pol Pot would be more appropriate

i was always told, if you cant say anything positive, then say nothing.
positive things about george... well he'll be out of office soon enough... and when he does hundreds of thousand of american troops will breathe a collective sigh of relief... the world stage will become more stable... and all he wil ever be rembered for is the atrocities that happened under his presidency...
