whats the song/artist?

part of the lyrics are "sheila goes out with her mate stella/gets poured all over a fella/but she says that he aint no better than the next man kicking up fuss" i heard it a while ago on the Zane Lowe show on radio1 but didn't catch the title or artist. please help it's driving me insane!!!!
