People are born geniuses (or Mensa if the word genius in not in vogue anymore), not nurtured.
However, constantly solving problems can help a children identify patterns and trends faster. Memory can also be improved with techniques.
A people can spend their whole life reading Wikipedia and remember facts but it only makes them knowledgeable. It does not make them intelligent. One needs to be able to process data into useful information. The ability to apply such information is called intelligence.
But the Leonardos, Einsteins, Hawkings & Faradays of the world are born so. They are called gifted because this talent has to be given.

I am teaching computers since 1987 and I have not seen any student who became a genius using a computer. Do not rely too much on advertisements.

First of all, the term "genius" is not in vogue anymore for those with high IQs. Second, you can't train someone to have high intelligence. You can train them to be good at IQ tests if they have the raw talent, but that's different.
