Yahoo is a portal.If you mean AT&T Yahoo...it is an Internet Service Provider.

Yahoo is not an ISP. AOL, your cable company, any company that connects you to the internet is an ISP. Yahoo is website that you need an ISP to get to.

isp is aol or others
the company you pay for the internet

Yahoo and AT&T are wroking together and call AT&T.
At&T is an ISP
