I don't think that it is personally. Just remember back to you high school days in the locker room when y'all went to the showers after gym and football practice, you can't help but see them swingin around. If you keep looking at them and starting to like it, then it'd be a different story.

I'm a woman so it's hard for me to really know, but IMO that's just being observant to what's around you. I know when I go into a public bathroom and I'm standing at the sink, I always look at whose next to me.

It's natural to be curious, but you'll make many guys uptight and may get bashed by a gay-basher, so it's not a good idea. Besides, it's intrusive and impolite.
