Definately. The defence has been almost perfect this season. The only reason they are so far behind ManU is that they haven't been able to score goals. Just one more goal per game and the league table would look complitely different. Now there are way too many draws agains weaker teams.

I also noticed that Liverpool has only lost one game (in the league) in which they have managed to score a goal. They have lost 8 eight games, and failed to score in 7 of them.

Of all games in which they have managed to score at least one goal (19 games) they have won 16, drawn 2 and lost just one.

It is interesting to compare goal differences of top teams. ManU and Che£$ki have conceded about same amount of goals as Liverpool (both 19, Liverpool 20). Manu has, however, scored 66 goals and Chelski 50, while Liverpool have only managed to score 44 goals.

It is quite obvious where the problem is.
