but i called the us embassy they gave me a number 2 call i because i need 2 get her passport but i wanted to know if i have to take 2 flight out to get a next birth certificate.

No. Contact the hospital and they can give you teh requirements needed to mail you a copy of the birth certificate. Had it done in PA when mine was misplaced and it was simple and cheap as long as you can prove you are the parent or person who lost it

If you call or write ask them what is required of you to get a copy of your daughters birth certificate.
I think you will have to fill out a form and send a certified check. You will need to prove you are the parent. No need to come back to Florida.

I really do not know. Did you ask them if they can send you a copy or send you a form to fill out in order for you to obtain a copy? I think you should directly talk to a Representative. Have you try the birth registrar where the copies are? Good luck.
