Get Pregnant on BC, I have quite a few friends who got pregnant on it and most had twins, it says right on the paper that comes with the BC that if you get pregnant on it you have a chance of having multiples. ..Another one is most people who get pregnant in there 40's have a high risk of twins, look at celebrities for instance and look at how many who had kids in there 40's and had twins.
You could also try the following I found online
old wise Chinese Doctor, that if you want to conceive Twins naturally, here is the recipe:
B6 vitamin (200mg daily)
Calcium (1000mg daily)
Yams (Freshly brewed in a Juicer)
Apparently all three of those things must be used on a daily basis to ensure a naturally stimulated ovary that will ovulate at least 2 eggs a month.

Identical twins can not be manufactured and fraternal twins occur when you ovulate twice. If you aren't genetically predisposed to hyper-ovulation (ovulating more then once per cycle) and you are younger then 35 the odds are against you having twins. It's possible just less likely.
As far as having sex that goes for getting pregnant at all singleton or twins (besides for intra-uterine insemination/artificial insemination). In my opinion it's not a good idea to have sex with a random stranger to get pregnant and it's best to wait until you are married.

If you are on fertility treatments, it may happen naturally. Also, if women in your family tend to have fraternal twins(when a woman ovulates two eggs instead of one and those eggs are fertilized), the chances are good that you MIGHT. If you want to do so on purpose, then yes, having them fertilized outside the womb and implanted is probably the best route to go.

you cant unless you have them implanted or something .. you have normal sex. Then its up to your insides to do the work. The egg may get fertilised by 1 sperm and be a normal baby BUT it may either be split in to 2 and become twins or your body might release 2 eggs and they both might get fertilised.

Hormone shots... but you might get a lot more than twins. No guarantee either.
BTW, most of these are suggesting how to have "faternal" twins which have little value. Just two kids at the same age.
For identical, horomones are the only way. And you are most likely to have just one, with 2, 3, 4, being a tossup.

You would have to have sex, and twins generally run in families and skip a generation, so if your grandmother had twins your chances of having them would be higher. You can also go to a doctor who specializes in in vitro fertilization and have them inseminate you with multiple eggs.

Yams are supposed to help with fertility. And you can go to a health food store and get a yam tincture.
