My toaster...My mother gave it to me when I got married. It still works great after 40 years. It looks great too, its a sunbeam vista. I think the new ones are styled about the same.

I have a deep-freezer that is over 25 years now - only repair has been the hinge/spring assembly - got tired of lid dropping on my head while digging for items LOL

Also have an old iron that was grandma's - LOVE to use it, as it's heavier and puts out a better steam and heat than the new ones (Which just don't last the same either, as I've worn out 3 or 4 over the last 1/2 century).

PS - the iron is more than 30 years old as grandma went into a care home at that time, and it went to my parents until I claimed it 25 years ago - it was NOT new at that time, and I'd estimate it's closer to 40 years.

Your question is of a timely manner.

In my shop. I have a TV that is at least 35 years old. It has a nice cabinet and remote control. And the picture and sound are good

I don't know the manufacturer...unless I get on my hands and knees to look.

I'm not in the greatest mood today. It seems that everything I own, from a drill to a lawn mower and even a Fax and copy machine, (were) less tha 5 years old...and all of them failed.

Very few things seem to last very long these days...even relationships!.

Most of those things cannot be repaired...less cost to replace!
