I recently downloaded a back up game on bitcomment its Warcraft 111 Reign of choas there is 3 files wc3rof.cue, wc3rof that is the one that is 699 MB and a Warcraft3-Reign of chaosthats 1.5 KB how do i play the game?

first of all,when you download any games for pc,make sure that they are in the cathegory-PC iso.Then,you need either the program Alcohol 120% or Dimond tools (or maybe it was deamon tools,i m not sure).U use one of these programs to read a file which is the virtual cd and it is in the download,and it ends with ".iso".When you do that,u simply install the game and play it.If you still have problems,write on my e-mail which is vickyet2000@yahoo.com.

War craft is not the best thing to down load do to the many passwords for on line play it is very hard to find a working torrent for on line game i recommend buying it and downloading other tipes of games

I have another question, whenever I launch the game, on the desktop, it redirects me to steam.
(game is dishonored GOTY edition)

You need drive emulation software.
Drive emulation software will make a fake CD drive that you can put your "CD" into (your torrent file is like the CD, you need to mount it to the emulated CD drive)
PowerISO should work fine
