Can some one please tell me how to connect to my pc from my nokia 6600 via bluetooth. I have done the following.

Installed Bluetooth
Tried connected using serial port [ com4 ]

but when i see the properties in mrouter it says that prot is not connected. when i open pc suite it says "THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE USED PC SUITE. PLEASE ATTACH YOUR NOKIA 6600 TO THE PC AND PRESS OK TO CONTINUE OR PRESS CLOSE TO EXIT PC SUITE"

Some one please guide me how to do it. Actually when I did for first time it was working. Now I had reinstalled the OS and now when I try it is not working.
