If you dont want a baby and you dont want to go on the pill for obvious reasons that you have explained then maybe you could get one of those IUD things fitted, i think the other name for them is the coil. You can get ones which dont contain any of the hormones used in both pills so it shouldnt affect your mood but it all depends on how you feel about having that done. You could always go and see your doctor or a family planning nurse to talk about your options or you could take a look at this site http://www.by-choice-not-chance.com/en/pages/04/index.php

Good luck

There are other forms of contraception out there.....you might be better suited to a none hormonal one like the coil...I take a mild anti-depressant during winter as i have SAD, but had the implant(contraceptive rod) fitted into my arm a year ago. I have found that really good, though some people i know found they had erratic mood swings. The best thing you can do is go and speak to someone at your local family planning clinic, they have all the up to date facts and will be able to advise you with regard to your medication.

Your uterus is probable extra swollen than your previous 2 children. My female friend and that i had a similar problem. She couldn't be aroused as rapidly, it damage when we had sex, and she might want to cramp up badly afterwards. i imagine alot of it replaced into hormones yet I chalk something as a lot because the psychological outcome of the dimensions of the tummy and different aspects of being pregnant. lots of ladies human beings don't sense as suited so sex correct away suffers. you're fortunate you obtain this a lengthy way contained in the being pregnant before you had problems with sex. i'm no longer positive what you would possibly want to do to get round it except merely be sluggish, gentle, and use a honest quantity of lubricant. also, try positions the position the tummy wont be smushed or positioned into an uncomfortable position in any know. sturdy luck to you :)

Condoms are a very reliable form of contraception as long as you use them properly. There is no reason why you shouldn't carry on using them, and you don't need to worry about pregnancy if you have been using them properly.

Otherwise, consider a diaphram.

Do what you've been doing for the last 4 years. It's tried and tested and it works for both of you. I don't see any reason why you should change something that works.
