First of all, I can't speak for everyone. I don't want the US to lose any wars. Is it a war when there is no declaration of war from Congress? Hell man, you need to wake up and start asking the people who are running the war why they're trying to lose it. To me going to war is a last resort. And when a country goes to war, it goes all out to be victorious, because the decision to go to war, in the first place meant, that the war had to be won or else. Has it ever occurred to you that if this war on terror is lost, it's due to people like you who refuse to demand competence from the people who are running the war?

Of course not. We're still waiting for the Bush Administration to actually fight it instead of waging made up war against Iraq.
It's funny how many of you folks deride the 9/11 conspiracy nut jobs but still believe Iraq had something to do with 9/11. You are both in the same boat and don't know it.

George Bush said the war on terror can't be won.
In an interview on NBC-TV's "Today" show, Mr. Bush vowed to stay the course in the war on terror, saying perseverance in the battle would make the world safer for future generations. But he suggested an all-out victory against terrorism might not be possible.
Asked "Can we win?" Mr. Mr. Bush said, "I don't think you can win it..."
So, there ya go. The Commander-in-Chief admits defeat. ;)

No, they want to stop a President who thinks the only way to win the war on terror is by using a conventional military & no one in the history of the world has ever stopped terrorist/terrorism by using a conventional military. You know how many times the Israeli conventional military has won there wars on terror? NEVER. They use there intelligence services & Military special forces to defeat terror. Something Bush the ignorant fool chooses to ignore.

I'm a conservative, and "even" I will say, you can't fight a war on terror, for the same reason you can't fight a war on bigotry, or any other intangible principle. They exist separately from people, and can continue to be disseminated no matter how many people die for them. "Terror" is a tactic, not an enemy.

The 'War on Terror' is one of the Shrubs' hallucinations.
It's an invention to warrant his policies and the starting of the US' assault on Iraq.
Good luck.

What war on terror? To the liberals there is no war. It is just President Bushes war on Saddam Hussein. It is taking too much monies out of their pockets, and they want it stopped.

Yes, especially if it can be accomplished before the next National Election.
Liberals think of themselves before their Country! Republicans do what is right for the Whole Country, including those who are against the War on Terrorism.
We either fight the Enemy in their own Countries, or we well have to fight them in the United States of America!
Which would you prefer?
