You need to decide.
MBA or B.Ed.(as a final goal).
I am presuming Gulf as Middle east and not Gulf coast of USA.
If you want to work and study, India is not the place, most college students are full time and do not work like in western countries.
You do need to understand the system, and pick the city in India.
I am not sure of the situation now but things change from time to time.
U. of Bombay has lots of colleges. That offer Bachelor of arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science, program. They ran B.A programm from 6:00am to 9:30 am so student can work full time if they can find jobs. They may run a class or so after 6:30 pm. Rest of the time they run B.sc program. B.A is given in Math, Phylosophy, Economics, psycology.....B.Sc. is given in Math, Physics, Biology, chemistry......
Then they have colleges that provide Bachelor of commerce program. Most of the student do not work and they run them during about 8:00am on ward.
U. of bombay has a Fine arts, archetectural, engineering, law, Phamacutical, colleges also. Students in these colleges do not work, they go full time except lots of students in Law college can work, the timing for them are same as B.A. classes. But most student join law college after a basic B.A., B.Sc., of B.Com degree.
B.Sc and B.A. Graduates can teach during day time, after the degree and go for B.Ed. in the evening or morning.
You do need to do lots of home work, it should include work permite, city, University, living accomodation, dinning facitily.
