she has had 6 babies and ate 2 is this natural? am I feeding her enough? what happened? is she going to be ok? i'm worried what should i do? should i separate them from their mother? are the rest going to die?

hammy...ate her babies because she is feeling threatened.
Unless you cover her cage and leave her alone to tend her babies, chances are she will kill all of them. Give her privacy and about 2 weeks ALONE!!!! Also, is she the only adult in the cage? if not...same thing as above only now it's because of the others. remove them...she seriously needs privacy!!!!

she does this if u touched the babies or spooked her. she will et the rest of her pups if you dnt leave her alone. how old were they?
she may have a low potabilism and need nutrians or the baby was a runt.
leave her alone for 2 weeks

It is natural if they are dead. You could try feeding it more, but that may not be the problem. She's going to be okay. You shouldn't seperate the babies from the mother.
