This is not the proper forum for your search. Go through the courts. You must have done something pretty bad to have your kids taken away.
Victorville is in California, and if CPS took the kids, trust me, she did some bad sh!t, CPS are way too lax, and give kids to crack ho mothers every day of the week, plus let kids stay in homes where they are molested too.

I'm thinking you need to contact CPS first of all. And you may need a lawyer. I forwarded your question to someone who knows, at least in the State of New York, and hopefully she will give you a more complete answer, if she has time. But people are usually reasonable - call up CPS and ask them.

How were your kids taken away and why are you just now looking for them? This sounds very odd. Most everyone deserves a second chance (depending on what they did to lose their kids) so this is hard to say.

You might try to google the last name first. If you get nothing, you should ask around. If there is still no answers, ask the police about it. Why were your kids taken away?

get a lawyer. why where they taken away in the first place? if you're a bad parent perhaps they're better off without you.
