We did this at school, for a project, we used rubbing alcohol & let it soak for about a day and most of it was out, then we used oxi-bleach, so it is color friendly and removes the stain!

There is a product to clean brushes (paint brushes), buy a Pkg of that and try, if the clothes are ruined anyway.
There is one more thing , if all else fails, and you are going to throw the chlothes out anyway, try Acetone.
DO THIS OUTSIDE, USE INSIDE CAN CAUSE AN EXPLOSION !!!
Take a drop of acetone and check in an inconspicuous spot whether the acetone will disolve the fibre (some synthetics)
If nothing happens to cloth, Acetone will dissolve latex paint.
LET CLOTHING DRY, CLEAR OF ACETONE BEFORE TAKING INTO HOUSE OR AN EXPLOSION CAN HAPPEN !!

It relies upon on the fabric. whether it particularly is a great cloth inclusive of silk, there is not any way. yet while it particularly is a extra sturdy fabric inclusive of cotton, denim, and so on., the superb way is to take a razor blade and scrape the superb suited layer off. as quickly as the superb suited layer (the place the acrylic floats in drying) that is not so problematic and something could come out with nail polish remover. This works for globs. whether it particularly is a spatter it would take extra time than it particularly is nicely worth.
