So, with those words I say...thanks Ichiro...you should have left two years ago. Our team does not take things seriously that is what he said, the players do not work as hard as he does in being a baseball player.

One critisism of him is that he is not a "team leader" but I have been taught that action speaks louder than words and his actions have made him what he is...so I think by doing he is leading by example....agree?

Ichiro should have agreed to play CF instead of RF years ago. Seattle wasted a corner outfield spot that should have gone to a power bat while Ichiro can more than earn his gold gloves in CF.

No, but Ichiro and Dice-K are.....woot!

Here is the story by the way..

"His agent, Tony Attanasio, told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer that he asked Ichiro what he would do, theoretically, if the Mariners offered him a billion-dollar contract. “He said he’d have to think about it,” Attanasio said."

Well his unhappiness shows. He has a right to say what's on his mind. And he's correct the Seattle Mariners have been terrible the last few years.
